UN High Commissioner for Refugees
The UNHCR has set up comprehensive help for internally displaced persons in Ukraine working with local agencies to provide 1. Protective services including psychosocial support and legal aid, at border crossing points, online and in locations where people have fled, 2. Cash assistance in eastern and central Ukraine where there are higher numbers of IDPs and new arrivals in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Policy, 3. Essential items to individuals and households, 4. Expanding shelter capacities in collaboration with local authorities.

Organization providing comprehensive assistance to conflict-affected persons and IDPs and promoting democratic transformation and human rights values in Ukraine. Hotline for Ukrainians; direct humanitarian assistance in conflict zones.
Founded by volunteers in 2014 in Kharkiv to provide multilateral assistance to Ukrainian civilians impacted by conflict in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Since 2/24/22, ‘PROLISKA’ has been actively involved in evacuating civilians from areas of active military conflict, providing humanitarian assistance as well as psychological support and training to those directly affected by the invasion of Ukraine. Works in conjunction with UNHCR, UNICEF, Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories as well as embassies of Switzerland, Austria and Hungary, UN’s Ukraine Humanitarian Fund, and private donors.
